Make your own decisions. I cant come up with anything except a head and shoulders that completed. I see nothing else but I do see that it filled the gap below today on a 10-1 split and that it will eventually hit that 40 mark. Looks very beaten down as well from an RSI point. To buy some or not...ehhhhhhhhh.... maybe.
