Yesterday during the BOE minutes the market didn't receive any strong hawkish statement from the central bank . Bank of England left its monetary policy settings unchanged.
UK central bank showed readiness to implement negative rates if needed. The BoE further added that it doesn't mean that a negative rate is the preferred policy.
Anyway despite all of this the price is consolidating inside a potential bearish triangle. Price will face the first support area near 1.8780 or almost -50 pips from the actual price and the next support areas 1.8670 and 1.8580.
